Hello to everyone in the neighborhood. Last year has brought some changes to the neighborhood, like the new roundabout on 96th street and the retaining wall at the Village Way entrance. The board for 2018 has been elected and will help to guide our positive development. Do you know your neighbor? There were nineteen new homeowners last year. Join with us to welcome them and answer questions regarding the city services. The success in our neighborhoods popularity is a result to our keeping homes in repair and yards clean and presentable. As we move into April and warmer weather, this is a time to get out and enjoy the longer days. The annual garage sale is coming on June 1st and 2nd. We anticipate three neighborhoods to participate; Geist Landing, Hunters Ridge and Pine Ridge Estates. The Board is always asking for input and help. Monthly board meetings are the second Thursday of each month; January to May and September to November. Each year there are four officer positions and none Committee positions. Please consider joining. Brian Scroggin, GLNA President
